7 1/2 cups water
12 Tbls. butter or marg.
2 teas. Garlic salt
1 teas. onion salt
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream cheese (softened)
1 (12 oz.) can PET Evaporated Milk
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 (15.3 oz.) Hungry Jack Instant Mashed Potatoes
(I use only about 7 cups of the potatoes- if you use the whole box, potatoes get REAL thick.)

HEAT oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with Pam.
Heat water, butter, garlic salt and onion salt to boiling in a large Dutch oven pot. Remove from heat.
Add cream cheese, evaporated milk and sour cream, stirring until cream cheese is dissolved.
Stir in potato flakes, mixing until all ingred. are well combined.
Spread mashed potato mixture into prepared pan.

Sprinkle top with bacon and paprika and bake 45 min. to 1 hour until 'bubbly around edges and golden brown'.

Chopped fresh parsley- optional. (Add after baked if desired.)
These potatoes are creamy and buttery. Taste just like homemade.
Can 1/2 recipe - makes a lot. Feeds 20.
