Make Crust
Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat and whisk in sugar, cocoa and eggs. Stir in the Kuhlua and whisk constantly until the mixture thickens, about 2 minutes. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with coconut and walnuts in a bowl and then stir into cocoa mixture.
Grease a 9 X 13 square pan or line with greased waxed paper and pack crumb mixture onto the bottom. Refrigerate.
Place 1/2 cup butter, confect. sugar, custard powder and Bailies into a bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth and creamy. Spread over filling being refrigerated and refrigerate until set, a least an hour.
Melt chocolate chips, butter in double boiler, stirring until the mixture is smooth and well blended. Stir in Grande Marnier and drizzle over the custard filling to cover completely. Refrigerate until chilled and top hardens.
To cut, run sharp knife under hot water and cut the bars with the heated knife. You will have to reheat often.
