Bag of Jelly Beans or whatever you want :)
Whipping Cream, enough to frost cake

Follow directions on cake package. Cool completely.

Cut jelly beans in half, keeping colours separate.

Whip cream and frost cake. Add candy in any formation you would like, enjoy.
