6 garlic cloves, peeled
2 shallots, peeled
2 bunches fresh cilantro, stems trimmed (about 3 cups)
6 tbs olive oil
1/4 c fresh lime juice
1 c pecans, toasted

1# linguine

1/2 c whipping cream
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 c Spiced nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Using on/off turns, finely chop garlic and shallots in processor. Add cilantro, olive oil, and lime juice; process until smooth. Add toasted pecans and process until finely chopped. Season pesto to taste with salt and pepper.
Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite, stirring occasionally. Drain pasta, reserve 1/2 c cooking liquid.
Meanwhile, bring cream to boil in large skillet. Stir in 1 c pesto and reserved liquid. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add pasta, toss to coat. Transfer to large serving bowl. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Spiced nuts and serve.
