1/3 c. margarine, softened
1/2 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 egg whites
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butterscotch morsels
Vegetable cooking spray
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cream margarine and gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended
Add vanilla and egg whites
Beat well
Combine flour, baking soda and salt
Gradually add to creamed mixture, beating well
Stir in morsels
Shape into 32 balls place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray
Bake for 11 minutes
Remove cookies from pans, let cool on wire rack
