1 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. butter
2 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 small jars dried beef, chopped
4 tsp. diced onions
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Saute pecans in butter until golden
Mix cream cheese in a bowl until smooth
Add sour cream and garlic
Mix well
Stir in beef and onion
Spread into greased 8 inch square baking dish
Top with pecans
Bake for 20 minutes
Serve with crackers or breadsticks
