Directions:
Start with 4 marshmallows for bears' heads
Take the 5th marshmallow and cut into quarters (first horizontally and then vertically)
Using your fingers, squish each quarter into an oval shape
With a dab of tempered chocolate, attach each oval piece to the front of a whole marshmallow to form a snout
For ears, insert a pair of sliced almonds into the top of each marshmallow
Insert a skewer into the top of the marshmallow
Holding the skewer dip completely into tempered white chocolate, shaking off any excess
Set marshmallows down onto parchment paper and lightly press a baking bit onto the front of the snout to form the nose
Place a pair of round chocolate sprinkles/decorations into the marshmallows to form the eyes
