Salad:
2 regular packages Orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. drained fruit juice
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 large (2 1/2 #) can pineapple tidbits, cut up
1 large can apricots

Topping:
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. flour (heaping)
1 egg, beaten
1 c. fruit juice
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Salad:
Combine juice from pineapple and apricot, to make 2 c. juice
Set aside 1 c. juice
Dissolve jello in boiling water
Add 1 c. juice and refrigerate until partially set
Add pineapple, apricot and marshmallows
Stir well
Let sit in refrigerator

Topping:
Add all ingredients together in order given, except the whipped cream
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until well blended
Let cool
Fold in whipped cream and spread on top of jello
