Ingredients:  
1 lb. potatoes (russet or long white), scrubbed and bias-cut into 1/16 inch-thick slices
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1/2 tsp. coarse salt or seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place potato slices in a Dutch oven
Add enough water to cover
Bring just to boiling
Cook for 2 - 3 minutes or until crisp-tender
Drain; place in a single layer on paper towels
Carefully brush both sides of potato slices with cooking oil
Sprinkle with thyme and salt or seasoned salt
Grill potato slices on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium-hot coals for 15 - 20 minutes or until browned and crisp, turning occasionally
Remove from grill; let stand for 8 - 10 minutes on a paper towel lined baking sheet (chips will crisp as they stand)
