1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 c. broccoli florets
1 c. carrots cut in matchstick-thin strips
1/2 c. onion cut in wedges
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbells Healthy Request Cream of Broccoli Soup
2/3 c. water
2 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
4 c. hot cooked rice with parsley, cooked without salt

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet sprayed with cooking spray, stir-fry chicken, half at a time
Remove
Repeat with remaining chicken
Remove skillet from heat, spray skillet with cooking spray
Stir-fry vegetables until tender-crisp
Add soup, water, soy, ginger and stir-fried chicken
Heat through and serve over rice
