Bread Pudding:
1 loaf French Bread, cubed
1 qt. half and half
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. almond extract
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. sliced almonds

Sauce:
8 Tbsp. (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 c. confectioner's sugar
1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp. amaretto

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º
Bread Pudding:
Put French bread in bowl and add half and half
Let soak 30 minutes
Add butter in casserole dish
Put eggs and sugar together, mix well
Stir in almond extract and vanilla extract
Pour into bread mixture and add almonds
Stir well and pour into casserole
Bake for 50 minutes, or until edges brown slightly

Sauce:
Melt butter in saucepan and add confectioners sugar
Heat until hot
Whisk in beaten egg
Let cool slightly
Add amaretto
Pour over pudding
Serve warm
