1-20 oz. can tidbit pineapple
1-20 oz. can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbls. flour
1/2 teas. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 teas. lemon juice
1 cup Acini Di Pepe (rice like pasta)
2-11 oz. cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip
1 cup miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving 2/3 cup juice; set pineapple aside. In a small saucepan, mix sugar, flour and salt. Stir in pineapple juice and egg. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Stir in lemon juice and set aside to cool.
Cook pasta as directed, drain (I drain through a fine mesh strainer). Combine cooked mixture and pasta. Gently stir in pineapple and oranges. Combine with remaining ingredients (cool whip and marshmallows) and stir lightly.
Chill at LEAST 1 hour before serving.
