Cake:
1 package yellow cake mix
1 package lemon jello
4 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Lemon-Sugar mixture:
2 c. powdered sugar
Juice and rind of 3 lemons (6 Tbsp.)

Cake:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix together cake mix and jello
Add oil, water and extract
Add eggs one at a time, beating mixture after each addition of each egg using medium speed on electric mixer
Pour into greased 9 x 12 inch pan or 2 inch deep baking dish
Bake for 30 - 35 minutes
Don't under bake
Remove from oven
While still hot, punch holes in cake with long fork
Pour lemon-sugar mixture on top
Top with strawberries if desired

Lemon-Sugar mixture:
Mix all ingredients together
