4 T Bob's Red Mill Sweet Rice Flour
4 T Butter cut into 1/4 inch pats
2 1/2 Cups Half & Half
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter pats in frying pan on medium to low heat. When butter is just melted, stir in flour. Cook until well mixed stirring with wire whisk. Heat half & half to warm and add to mixture a little at a time while whisking continually. Cook continuing whisking until mixture is smooth and creamy. Add salt & pepper to taste. Remove from heat. The sauce will be thick and may be stored in refrigerator for future use. Dip out as much as you need and thin with milk while heating to desired consistency.
