5 c. cooked chicken, cut in chunks
2 T. salad oil
2 T. orange juice
2 T. vinegar
1 t. salt
3 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. small green grapes
1 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. toasted slivered almonds
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, oil, juice, vinegar, and salt. Let stand while preparing other ingredients or refrigerate overnight.
Gently toss together all ingredients.
