1 small package of strawberry Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. ice cubes
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 t lemon zest
1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip, divided
1 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
1 9" graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Add boiling water to Jello and stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in ice cubes until melted and thick.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and zest until blended. Gradually beat in gelatin.
Fold in 1/2 tub of Cool Whip. Add strawberries.
Pour into pie pan. Spread remainder of Cool Whip over the top of the pie. Chill.
