8 frozen hash brown patties
4 c. shredded Colby-Jack or Cheddar cheese
2 c. cubed ham
7 eggs
1 c. whole milk
1/4 to 1/2 t salt
1/2 t dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º. Grease a 13"x9" nonstick metal cake pan.
Arrange the hash brown patties over the bottom of the prepared pan. Sprinkle the cheese and ham evenly over the patties.
Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl until well blended. Stir in the milk, salt and mustard; mix well. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ham and cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove the foil and bake for 15 minutes longer, or until the edges are golden and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
You may substitute sausage or bacon for the ham, if desired.
