Ingredients:  
1/2 c margarine
1 c sugar
1 egg
2 bananas (large ones or 4 small ones)
1 t vanilla
1/2 t salt
1 t baking powder
1 t baking soda in 3/4 c sour milk or buttermilk
2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the margarine and sugar. Add mashed bananas and vanilla, blending well. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into two regular sized loaf pans that have been greased and floured.
Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.
