2 medium peeled potatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup celery, sliced
1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 cup drained, canned tomatoes

Directions:
Brown ground beef (drain, if desired) and set aside. In order given, layer ingredients in a greased 2 qt. baking dish. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Bake covered 1 hour at 350F.
