1 c. sour cream
1 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 eggs
1 c. creamed corn
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Melt 1 stick margarine in 11 x 7 inch pan
Pour margarine into remaining ingredients and mix well
Bake for 30 - 40 minutes
Can be turned out and cut into serving pieces or spooned from pan
