36 won ton wrappers
nonstick cooking spray
1 lb. mild pork sausage
1 1/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. salsa ranch dressing (or regular ranch for less spice)
1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
1/4 c. sliced black olives

Preheat oven to 350º F. Lightly grease miniature muffin cups with nonstick spray. Press 1 won ton wrapper into each cup; spritz inside with nonstick spray. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until tips are golden brown (watch carefully after 7 minutes). Remove won tons from the muffin pan and arrange on a baking sheet.

Lower oven temperature to 325º F. Brown the sausage in a skillet. Crumble and drain. Combine sausage and all remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of the sausage mixture into each won ton cup. Bake for about 5 minutes.
