8 gingersnap cookies, crushed
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 (16 oz.) cans peach slices in extra light syrup, drained
Vegetable cooking spray
1 1/2 c. vanilla ice milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Combine crushed gingersnaps, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl
Cut in margarine with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal
Set aside
Arrange peaches in an 8 inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray
Sprinkle mixture over peaches
Bake for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated
Serve warm over ice milk
