Ingredients:  
1lb Baked, blackened or fried fish fillets (tilapia or mahi). Each taco takes 2-3oz fish
8 Flour tortillas
Pico de gallo
Bagged cole slaw (don't add the dressing)
3/4 c Mayonnaise
1 Lime
1 tsp Cilantro
Dash Salt
Dash Pepper
1/2tsp Ground cumin

To make sauce:
Blend mayonnaise, juice from 1 lime, cilantro, ground cumin, salt & pepper together. This should be prepared at least 30 minutes before serving and placed in refrigerator to keep chilled.

Layer on one side of the tortilla:
2oz fish, 1-2 tbsp Pico De Gallo, 1/4c cole slaw and top with 2-3 tbsp sauce.

Each serving is 2 fish tacos. Enjoy!

You can also use a prepared sauce such as Sweet Baby Ray's Creamy Buffalo Wing sauce for added flavor.
