Beat slowly together: 2 cups sugar
4 eggs

Add: Juice of one lemon
2 teaspoons lemon extract or 2 Tablespoons of Real Lemon

Stir by hand: 1 cup pineapple ( small can)
1 stick melted butter
4 oz. can coconut

DO NOT DRAIN:

MIX WELL

POUR into 2 unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes or until puffy and golden brown.
