4 cups water
3 Large Knorr Chicken Bouillon cubes
1 1/2 lbs Velveeta, softened
8 oz. heavy Whipping cream
1/2 jar red peppers - diced
3 T. green onion, chopped
6 slices bacon (crisp and crumbled)
Tony Chachere's (for garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
Put 4 cups water and Knorr cubes in large pan and bring to boil. Stir until all cubes are dissolved. Add cheese and melt completely, staying on low heat.
Add cream slowly, green onions and red pepper. Add bacon crumbles and 1/2 teas.Tony Chachere.
Let simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and let sit for 15 minutes.
Serve with additional bacon crumbles and Tony Chachere.

Variation - Add 1 1/2 cup small cooked shrimp for cheese shrimp soup.
