1 pork tenderloin (approx. 2 lbs.)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup teriyaki sauce
3 T. honey
1 teas. cloves
1 T. dry Mustard
1 T. Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of ingredients above. Pour over pork loin and marinate overnight.
Before cooking - discard excess marinade.
Grill pork loin in 350 oven for approx. 25-30 min. until meat thermometer reads 160.
Take meat out of oven. Tent meat with aluminum foil and let it sit for 10 minutes for meat to continue cooking.

If Grilling - Place on hot grill for 10-15 minutes until meat is done.
Check with a meat thermometer. Remove meat at 160 degrees and tent 10 minutes as above.

How to tent meat - Place a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil;
crease it in the middle to make a tent. Put it over meat and pan and loosely close the sides. Allow some air to flow through. Meat will continue cooking for approx. 10 more degrees in 10 minutes. (Commonly done with pork.)
