4 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1/2 lb. butter
cinnamon sugar
2 loaves extra thin white bread (crust cut off)

Directions:
Directions:
Trim crust off of bread. Roll bread flat with rolling pan. Cream together cream cheese, yolks and sugar. Spread 2 Tbls. on each piece of flattened bread and roll up cigar like. Cut in half . Dip each piece into melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
FREEZE -
To serve - Preheat oven to 400.
Take amount to be served out of freezer. Put on baking sheet sprayed lightly with Pam spray. Bake 10 minutes, turn over and bake 5-10 more minutes.
* I make two batches of the cinnamon sugar and two batches of the melted butter. About 1/2 through rolling and dipping, the sugar mixture and the melted butter get gritty and hard to work with.
