Ingredients:  
Saute: One onion chopped in 3 tablespoons of butter (remove liquid fat) when onion is tender.
Add: 1 pound ground beef
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper and cook until the mixture is done. set aside
Spread in a 2 quart baking dish 3 cups of coarsley shredded cabbage
Cover this with the meat mixture and then add 3 more cups of cabbage
Pour over top of cabbage a 10 1/2 ounce can of condensed tomato soup.

Bake covered for one hour at 350 degrees or until cabbage is tender.

Baking some potatoes at the same time makes for a complete meal.
