1 and 1/2 sups Sugar
3 Packages frozen Coconut
2 - 8 oz cartons Sour Cream....
then thaw the coconut and mix with the sugar, and Sour Cream
Put in covered Container and refrigerate for 24 hours (this is the icing)

Cook one package Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix and split the mix into 2 layers
then Spread mixture between the layers

The longer the cake is refrigerated the better the "taste" gets.
Hence.....The reason its called the 48 hour Cake
