Cinnamon Chips
4 (medium flour tortillas)
1 T. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Apple Berry Salsa
2 med. Granny Smith apples
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
1 small orange
2 T. packed brown sugar
2 T. apple jelly

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place tortillas on cookie tray; spray/mist with water, sprinkle on cinnamon sugar. Cut with pizza cutter into wedges, about 8 to a tortilla. Place in oven for 4 minutes. Let cool.

Core, peel and slice apples. Chop into small pieces. Chop or slice strawberries. Chop kiwi. Zest orange. Combine fruit in a bowl. Combine brown sugar, jelly and juice from orange in small bowl, mix, and add to fruit. Chill.
