1 stick of butter, softened
1/2 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. Brier Rabbit Molasses
1 Egg


2 1/2 C. flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 T. powder Ginger
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Ground Allspice

Cream butter and sugar. Add molasses and egg. Then, in separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Add to butter mixture (dough is soft like playdough). Chill 1 hour. Roll out on floured surface, 1/4” thick. Use gingerbread man/woman cookie cutter (or any cookie cutter design you choose) to cut out cookies, place on parchment paper or greased cookie sheet. Bake 7 minutes at 350° .
