2 lbs medium-large shrimp
1/2 large sweet yellow onion cut into thin slices
1/2 c olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
5 cloves finely chopper garlic
1 tsp pepper flakes
2 Tbsp fresh oregano or parsley
lemon wedges

1. Peel shrimp and boil for 5 minutes. Let cool
2. Place shrimp in large plastic zip top bag.
3. Add onions, olive oil, salt, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, garlic and pepper flakes. Mix together.
4. Place bag in refrigerator for 24 hrs, mixing occasionally.
5. Remove from bag, add fresh oregano or parsley
6. Garnish with lemon wedges
