1 lb lean ground beef OR turkey
3/4 c italian breadcrumbs
1 egg

optional packet of crushed red pepper flakes and parmesan like the ones that come with pizza

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix together meat, egg, breadcrumbs, and optional seasonings. Using clean hands, form approximately 12 1 1/2 " meatballs. Spray a microwave safe dinner plate with Pam. Place meatballs in a circle around the edge of the plate and microwave on high for about 6 minutes.
Place meatballs in your favorite sauce and heat.'
