1 1/4 C Butter
1/2 C Unsweetened cocoa powder
3 1/2 C Powdered sugar
1 Beaten egg
1 tsp Vanilla
2 C Graham cracker crumbs
1/3 C Green creme de menthe
1 1/2 C semi-sweet chocolate pieces

BOTTOM LAYER: Place 1/2 C butter and cocoa powder in a pot. Heat and stir until well blended. Remove from heat. Add 1/2 C powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla. Stir in graham cracker crumbs.. Mix well. Press into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 pan.

MIDDLE LAYER: Melt 1/2 C butter. In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter and creme de menthe. At low speed beat in remaining 3 cups of powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over graham cracker layer. Chill 1 hour.

TOP LAYER: Combine remaining 1/4 C butter and chocolate chips in a pot. Melt over low heat. Cook and stir until melted. Spread over mint layer. Chill for 1 to 2 hours.

TO SERVE: Allow to soften approx. 15 minutes at room temperature. Cut into 1 inch squares. Store in refrigerator.
