graham cracker crumbs
butter, melted
19 ounces cream cheese, 2-8oz.+1-3oz. pkg
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon peel or juice
TOPPING
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons sugar, adjust to taste

Prepare the crust and press in a 9" springform pan. Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat cheese and sugar; add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the lemon peel and remember not to over beat. Pour on the crust. Reduce the oven temp. to 300°F; bake for 1hr 15min. Cool. Prepare topping by mixing all ingredients. together; spread on cooled cheesecake. Chill.
