Ingredients:
1 Store bought Angel Food Cake or one you have prepared
1 Small package of Strawberry Jello
1 to 1 1/2 cups of frozen sliced strawberries
1 container Cool Whip (It can be Fat Free)
A few drops of Vanilla Extract
A few fresh Strawberries (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Use a large knife to slice off the top of the Angel Food cake. Set it aside, in one piece, for later.

Tunnel out the inside of the cake, don't make the bottom or sides too thin. Save all the pieces of the cake you take out for later.

In a bowl, mix powdered strawberry jello with 1 cup of boiling water and stir until dissolved.

Add 1 to 1 1/2 cup(s) of frozen sliced strawberries to the jello mixture instead of a cup of cold water and stir.

Add in the pieces of Angel Food cake that you tunneled out and stir mixture.

Pour mixture into the tunneled out cake, place the top of the Angel Food cake back on the cake and put in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours to set.

Once set, "frost" the cake on the sides and top with the Cool Whip (you may add a few drops of Vanilla Extract to the Cool Whip first and stir to mix) then top the cake with sliced fresh strawberries.

Keep stored in refrigerator.
