1 small onion chopped finely
1 bag of fresh baby spinach washed and patted dry
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 T. minced garlic
2/3 C. crumbled feta cheese

In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat and add onion cooking until transparent. add garlic spinach, salt and pepper until wilted and add feta cheese. Serve
