3 eggs
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk
3/4 of a block of cream chese
1tablespoon vanilla
1/4 cup of sugar.

Melt sugar on pan until golden brown.
Pour on 8X8 pyrex, tilting it so the sugar covers all of it. Let it cool.

Blend all the other ingredients in a blender and pour on the sugar coated pyrex.

Cover with foil, and bake using a double boiler ( bigger pyrex with water) for 1 hour at 350 F.

Let it cool at room temperature, and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.

Turn on a dish with high sides, because the sugar will be liquid. ENJOY!
