Personal Notes:
Family favorite for Christmas cookies. Great in both forms - decorated with colored sugars, etc. before baking, or frosted with or without sprinkles after baking. Best when rolled very thin. Easiest to roll thin when done in small batches so dough remains very cold. Quantity of cookies depends on size of cookie cutters used.
