1 lb Italian sausage links, cut into 1 inch slices
2 lb hamburger shaped into 20-24 meatballs and slightly flattened
4 tsp steak sauce
4 cans stewed tomatoes
2 packages frozen Italian green beans
4 cans whole potatoes
2 tsp salt to taste
1/4 each cold water and flour
Directions:
Directions:
Brown the two meats in frying pan and when done drain fat and add steak sauce to the pan.
Then add tomatoes, green beans, potatoes, and salt. Cover and cook on med heat for 20 minutes.
Smooth flour and water in cup and add to the stew until stew thickens.
Boil about 1 minute and serve.

Picture shows with carrots (optional). They take time to soften.
