1 pound lamb, ground (or beef)
2 onions, finely chopped
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 head garlic
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
salt and pepper

potato slices -- half cooked
tomato slices

Directions:
Directions:
Place parsley, garlic, cinnamon, salt and pepper in a blender until finely chopped.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients and spread in a oven pan. Arrange potato slices on top then tomato slices. Cover w/foil and bake in a 350-400F oven until meat water is gone about 30 min.
Now you may top w/ tahina sauce or tomato paste.
