1 8 oz. round of brie cheese
1/3 cup apricot preserves
1/2 cup slice almonds or pecans
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Crackers - whichever you prefer

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place the cheese on an oven-proof dish that can then be used as a serving dish. Leave the white skin on the cheese, and cut 3 slits in the top of the skin.
Spread the preserves on top of the cheese, and then put the nuts and cinnamon on top of the preserves.
Put the dish in the oven, and bake till the brie gets very gooey...about 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and surround with crackers.
Let your guests cut through the cheese and spread it all on crackers. Enjoy immediately.
