1 26 oz. jar of low fat pasta sauce, any flavor
3 garlic cloves minced
1/2 tsp. each of black ground pepper and salt
1 15 oz. can of cannelloni beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup of water
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2" slices
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9"x13" baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix the pasta sauce with the minced garlic, salt and pepper.
Spread a half cup of the sauce mixture on the bottom of the baking dish. Spoon the beans over the sauce.
Add the chicken, slightly overlapping each piece and cover the beans.
Add the water to the bowl with the sauce mixture.
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, covering the entire surface.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes till the sauce bubbles, and the chicken is cooked through.

This is so delicious and easy to prepare. You can easily double the recipe and freeze the second tray (before it is cooked) for another meal. When ready to enjoy it, just thaw the dish for 30 minutes, and then cook as directed.
