Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box (16oz) angel hair pasta
1 jar (26oz) of your favorite spaghetti sauce
4 cups shredded Italian cheeses including smoked provolone
Seasoning-your choice: Oregano, garlic salt, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta according to package. Drain pasta and put back in pot.
Dump spaghetti sauce in pot with the pasta.
Add 2 cups shredded cheese to pasta/sauce mixture. Can be any Italian cheese, but I strongly recommend getting a bag with a mix of Italian cheeses including smoked provolone.
Mix the pasta, sauce & cheese together with spoon. This'll take a couple minutes and it helps to keep the burner on low/low-medium so the cheese continues to melt.
After the pasta, sauce & cheese are all mixed up into a gooey, cheesy mess dump all of it into an ungreased 9x13 and smooth it out.
Then, the piece de resistance: sprinkle ANOTHER 2 cups of cheese evenly over the top of the spread-out spaghetti mixture. At this point add seasoning on top of the cheese.
Stick it in a preheated oven and bake at 350° until cheese on top gets bubbley & light brown (approx 30 minutes). Take out of oven, let sit for approx 7 minutes and use a spatula to cut squares and serve. Delicious with a cold salad & yummy garlic bread!
