2 sticks of melted butter (Unsalted)
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 eggs
1 lb ricotta cheese or 2 full cups
4 cups flour (sift in)
2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. All all ingredients, but add ricotta last.

Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake until firm or a little light brown.

Cool then ice (I make my own...not as heavy)
