2 Lbs lean ground beef (>91%)
1 cup Old Fashion Oats
2 Large eggs
1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup red pepper, finely chopped
3/4 cup tomato puree
1 envelope Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 Tbsp Hickory Smoke Marinade (or Worcestershire Sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Process oats in food processor until fairly fine.
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Shape into a loaf in a 9" X 13" pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Let rest 15 minutes before slicing.
