5 – pkgs Young Buko (coconut) Strips (Asian market frozen section)
3 – cans Nestle’s Cream (small)
1 – cans Condensed milk (medium)
2 – bars green Gulaman (gel)
2 – cups Sugar (1 cup for each Gulaman bar)
8 – cups Water (4 cups for each Gulaman bar)
1 – jar Kaong
1 – Tblsps Vanilla
– Buko Pandan (flavor to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
place Gulaman in water, bring to boil, & add sugar; make sure Gulaman is
well dissolved; add Buko Pandan flavor; mix well
• pour thru strainer into cooling container; when cooled, refrigerate to
harden
• thaw Buko strips, mix w/Nestle’s cream, Condensed milk, & Kaong
• when hardened, cut Gulaman into cubes & add to mixture
• add Vanilla; mix well
• refrigerate for 3 hours before serving
