2‐20 oz cans pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained (save juice)
½ c saved juice (use less juice if you prefer drier casserole)
6 oz shredded cheddar cheese
¾ c sugar (note: I use less than 1/2 c sugar)
6 Tbsp flour
Topping:
1+1/3 tubes Ritz Crackers, crushed
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
• Mix cheese, sugar, flour.
• Add juice and pineapple and mix well.
• Spoon into 9x13 pan and sprinkle crushed crackers over pineapple.
• Melt butter and pour over crackers.
• Bake 30 min at 350o.
• Serve hot or cold.

Note: 1+1/2 recipe may be made and still fits in 9x13 pan. Bake a little longer.
This is a really easy recipe ... you simply dump everything together (in order)
and spoon into a 9x13 pan!
