8 lasagna noodles
2 T. butter
1 1/2 c. cream style cottage cheese
2 t. dried basil, crushed
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. dry white wine
7 1/2 oz. canned crab, drained and flaked
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 c. chopped onion
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg, beaten
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. shelled shrimp, cooked and halved
1/2 c. shredded white cheese
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain. Arrange 4 noodles in bottom of greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish. Cook onions in butter until tender. Blend in cream cheese. Stir in cottage cheese, egg, basil, salt and pepper. Spread half on top of noodles. Combine soup, milk and wine. Stir in shrimp and crab. Spread half over cottage cheese layer. Repeat layers and sprinkle with the parmesan. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350º . Top with the shredded cheese and bake 2-3 minutes more to melt cheese. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
