1 lb. raw shrimp (or you can use the frozen shrimp with tails off)
1/2 lb. bulk sausage
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 green pepper, cut into large dice
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 15 oz. can stewed tomatoes
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t. cayenne pepper
1/3 t. hot pepper sauce
1 10 oz. can chicken broth
1 c. water
1 c. uncooked rice

Prepare shrimp and set aside. Brown sausage in Dutch oven, breaking it up as it cooks. Remove sausage and pour off fat. Add onion, garlic, green pepper and sauté till onions are translucent. Add sausage, tomato sauce, tomatoes and their juice, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, hot pepper sauce, chicken broth and water. BUT NOT SHRIMP. Bring to a boil, add rice and reduce heat till rice is fluffy, about 15 minutes. There should be some liquid left. Stir in shrimp and cook just till shrimp begins to color - less than one minute. Serve immediately.
